2026 Wisconsin Farmers Union State Convention: Sponsors and Exhibitors

Your support helps us continue a near-century-old tradition of creating a space for farmers to gather and work together to improve life on their farms and in their communities. The 2026 State Convention will be December 11-13, 2026 at Hilton Appleton Paper Valley in Appleton, WI.

To take full advantage of your sponsor benefits, please register by October 31st, 2026.

Convention Sponsor and Exhibitor Opportunities 

Each Convention sponsor package includes one or two registrations which includes meals and advertising at the Convention.

• Barnraiser Sponsor - Special mention at banquet • Social media shoutouts • Top tier logo placement on signage and website • Full-page color program ad •  Exhibit table • Two tickets to Friday Night Fundraiser• Two registrations ($5000)
• Harvester Sponsor -  2nd tier logo placement on signage and website • ½ page color program ad • Exhibit table • Two tickets to Friday Night Fundraiser• Two registrations   ($2500)
• Cultivator Sponsor - Name listed on convention signage and website • ¼ page color program ad • Exhibit table • one registration  ($1000)
• Seedsaver - Name listed in convention program • Exhibit table• One registration  ($500)

Convention Food Partner Opportunities

WFU is looking to enhance the Convention menu, ensuring local food is present and available on the table. If you are interested in becoming a Food Partner for product donation or reduced price purchasing please reach out to Layne Cozzolino at lcozzolino@wisconsinfarmersunion.com.  This partnership includes high visibility and shout-outs during programing and meals.
