Our application has a few short questions that help us best connect you to the organization. Please answer all of the questions.
Membership Category Explanation
Student Membership - 1 yr. $15 Annually
- This membership is only for individuals who are enrolled as a student at an institution of learning and instruction beyond the high school level. Membership approval is dependent on documentation of your enrollment. This membership level is a voting membership with access to all member benefits.
Family Membership - 1 yr., 2 yr., 4yr., and Lifetime
- The Family Membership category is for families or individuals who wish to join at one of the following offered levels: 1yr ($30), 2yr ($55), 4yr ($100), or Lifetime ($2000). All of these Family Membership category levels recognize the applying member, partner, and all children as members of Wisconsin Farmers Union with access to all member benefits with the limited exception of voting rights. Please note that voting rights are extended and limited to all adult members and children members ages 16 - 20 only.
Associate/Business Membership - 1 yr. $100 Annually
- This membership is for any business or organization who wishes to support the work of Wisconsin Farmers Union. This is not a voting membership and does not include listed member benefits.
WFU strives to be mindful of the demographics of our membership to best serve farmers and their communities. Knowledge of this information is also helpful in obtaining federal grants and allocating resources and funds. If you feel comfortable sharing your information, please check all of the demographic identifiers that apply for the questions of Race, Ethnicity, Gender, and Military Service Status for yourself and your spouse/partner.
