Running for Local Office Training January 15th 12 pm to 2 pm Local County and Town Boards are struggling to have competitive races and are especially lacking voices that can advocate and develop good policy. Wisconsin Progress will share how to get started and run a successful campaign. Hear from a panel of WFU members about their experiences running for office. It's easier than you think! The training will offer a crash course in campaign planning for local candidates, including the basics of getting ready to run, connecting with voters, and fundraising.
