Running for Local Office Training Wednesday, January 29th 1pm to 3pm Local County and Town Boards are struggling to have competitive races and are especially lacking voices that can advocate and develop good policy. Wisconsin Progress will share how to get started and run a successful campaign. Hear from a panel of WFU members about their experiences running for office. It's easier than you think! The training will offer a crash course in campaign planning for local candidates, including the basics of getting ready to run, connecting with voters, and fundraising.
