Join us for our next Community Kitchen Chat as we welcome a few of our favorite local farms in celebration of Earth Day!

This is a great opportunity to connect directly with local producers, learn about value-added products, and hear the stories behind how these businesses got to where they are today. From on-farm processing to creative product development, each farm brings a unique perspective and journey to share.

We’re excited to feature:

Klemish Creamery LLC – A dairy processing plant established in 2022 on a fifth-generation family farm in New Auburn, WI. They transform a portion of their herd’s milk into ice cream sold on-site and at local businesses, with plans to expand into cheese production as they continue growing their value-added offerings.

Bifrost Farms – Located in Boyceville, WI, Bifrost Farms operates a commercial kitchen where they create flavorful compound butters available to the public and select wholesalers. They also produce empanadas, which you can enjoy locally at Brewery Nonic in Menomonie.

Jeremiah’s Bullfrog Fish Farm (Eat My Fish!) – More than just a fish farm, this unique destination offers a place to fish, relax, and spend time with family. Guests can enjoy the scenic setting, live music, and fresh trout meals, whether they fish or not.

Farmers are the backbone of our community, and this is a chance to learn from a diverse group who have built something truly special.
